All articles published in the Brazilian Journal of Clinical Medicine and Review (BJCMR) are open access and are made freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription or access barriers. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied to cover the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, copyediting, production, online hosting, and long-term preservation of published content.

APC Amounts

• USD 120.00 for international (non-Brazilian) authors + Taxes

• BRL 500.00 for Brazilian authors

Payments made via PayPal are subject to applicable PayPal transaction fees and taxes (currently 6.40% + USD 0.30, subject to change according to PayPal policies).

Fee Exemptions

• No APC is charged for Letters to the Editor

• No fees are charged for manuscript submission

• No fees are charged for rejected manuscripts

• There are no additional charges based on article length, number of pages, color figures, or supplementary materials
